Passport Holders

I’m currently working on a project for passport holders. I decided to start out with a pattern that I had from Anita Goodesign.

Overall, I like the design, but I think the final result is a bit thicker in the corner than I would like. I also think the cover could be sturdier/

The pattern calls for No-Show mesh. It’s one of my favorite stabilizers when I’m embroidering clothing. The strength of this stabilizer is that it allows the clothing to retain the original lay of the fabric without. I did use a thicker material, but if I did this pattern again, I think I would use a heavy cutaway for the embroidery to give a bit more body.

I think I will this with cork or vinyl next
